Can I pay Cash On Delivery (C.O.D)?
Yes! We accept, cash on delivery! Please make every effort to provide exact change upon delivery. 
If my item does not fit, can I get a refund?
Yes, of course, once you are within the refund and exchange period. We offer refunds and exchanges three (3) days from the date your order was received! In an attempt to keep customers from incurring another delivery fee, exchanges and refunds are facilitated at our free pick up points.
Our free pick up points are:
  • City Gates, Port of Spain
  • Grand Bazaar
  • Courts Megastore Parking Lot, San Juan Highighway
Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not have a physical store, at the moment we are strictly online only. All of our items are in stock unless stated otherwise. Shop with us from the comfort of your own space!
Can I try on before purchasing?
Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate try ons. Please use the size chart as a guide to help decide the correct size.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes, we have size charts and dimensions for each item posted. Size charts can be found in the item's photos, keep swiping or scrolling until you see the size chart. Our size charts have ranges to cater for stretch in items that have stretch. Be sure to keep in mind that your normal tag size may differ from our tag sizes, hence we strongly recommend using a measuring tape and our size chart to gauge the fit of the item. 
Can I order on Whatsapp or Facebook?
Unfortunately, we would no longer be taking orders via Whatsapp or Facebook. Our team will be happy to assist customers with placing their orders through the website. You can still message us on Facebook messenger and Whatsapp for assistance and any other queries that you may have.
Do you deliver to Tobago?
Yes, of course we offer nation wide delivery to Tobago! There are two delivery options for Tobago:
1. Delivery via TTPOST, cost $30 - payment via credit card or bank deposit required, no cash on delivery.
2. Cash On Delivery via private courier, cost $60. 
Do I have to pay with a Credit Card to place an order?
No, you do not need a credit card to place an order, simply choose cash on delivery as your payment method on checkout! Super simple and convenient!

For those that wish to pay via Credit Card, you're free to do so upon checkout!

Where's my order?
We would be happy to assist you with this query, simply click on the chat box in the right hand corner of this page and provide us with your order number. Your order number can be found in the email we sent to you when you placed the order. Please check your spam, junk or promotions mailbox when searching your inbox for the email.

If you're unable to find your order number, kindly provide us with the contact number and name used to place the order. 

Customers receiving delivery via the courier will also be able to track their orders using the tracking number provided via email.
How long does it take before my order arrives?
  • Orders for pick up at City Gates, Courts Megastore and Grand Bazaar can be received same or next day.
  • Orders to be delivered via a third party delivery company (aka courier) should be received by customers in 2 - 3 days. Please note deliveries can sometimes occur on Saturdays and Sundays, you will be contacted on the day of delivery. 
  • Orders delivered via TTPOST: 2-4 business days.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays experienced due to weather conditions and unforseen circumstances.
